Videographer – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

Catalyst Media is looking for an experienced Videographer to join its in‑house team in Dublin. Working hybrid, you will lead video production across a diverse portfolio of high‑profile events, award ceremonies, C‑suite forums and ongoing brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Capture video, audio and lighting for all events in the Catalyst Media portfolio, including tech summits, motor shows, awards and exclusive C‑suite gatherings.
• Plan shoot schedules with event and marketing teams, identify key moments and manage on‑site production.
• Direct subcontracted AV teams for larger events and ensure high‑quality post‑event content.
• Produce profile videos for award honourees and special guests, handling research, scripting and storyboarding.
• Recruit, brief and supervise interns or volunteers to support event coverage.
• Source and manage archive footage and photography for editorial use.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional video production experience.
• Strong command of camera, audio and lighting equipment.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Curiosity about emerging AI and technology trends that can improve content creation.
• Experience leading creative projects and managing junior team members.
