Virtual Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Virtual Project Manager to lead the evolution of a fast‑growing digital academy that helps entrepreneurs build trade‑based businesses. Based in Ireland and working fully remotely, you will own the online academy platform, coordinate distributed teams, and drive measurable student and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development and optimisation of the virtual business academy platform.
• Design and expand training programmes for technicians and entrepreneurs across multiple home‑service verticals.
• Build, coordinate and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors and operational staff.
• Drive enrollment growth, engagement, retention and business results through data‑driven program improvements.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows and processes for market expansion.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights and implement continuous improvements.
• Align academy strategy with broader business vision while ensuring efficient day‑to‑day delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS or digital learning.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing remote or distributed teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in scaling digital education products.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to design structured processes, juggle multiple priorities and deliver from concept to launch.
