Visual Merchandiser & Keyholder (Full‑time)

About the role

Levi’s is looking for a motivated Visual Merchandiser and Keyholder to join its Dublin store. You will help maintain the brand’s visual standards while delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Levi’s brand image by following visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring products are well displayed and tagged.
• Train store associates on visual standards and assist with sales reporting.
• Provide daily feedback to Head Office using visual checklists and photos.
• Support store management with opening, closing, deliveries, and stockroom organization.
• Motivate and guide the sales team to meet KPIs and personal sales targets.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to follow VM guidelines, meet deadlines and propose commercial VM ideas.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and team‑player mindset.
