VP of Marketing

About the role

This executive position reports to the senior leadership team and is based in Ireland. It offers a high‑impact opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a global SaaS business by leading all marketing functions, from brand strategy to demand generation and product marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth, market expansion, and revenue targets across multiple regions.
• Lead brand development, positioning, messaging, and awareness‑building initiatives.
• Own demand‑generation and pipeline‑growth programs targeting mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Develop and launch go‑to‑market plans for existing products, new releases, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and scale product‑marketing capabilities, articulating value propositions and competitive differentiation.
• Oversee website performance, conversion optimisation, SEO/AEO, and digital acquisition funnels.
• Direct content strategy throughout the customer lifecycle to boost awareness, engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Strengthen industry presence through PR, thought leadership, events, partnerships, and ecosystem relationships.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align growth initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a high‑performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within high‑growth technology organisations.
• Proven track record of building marketing programmes that generate pipeline, acquire customers, and deliver revenue impact.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing multi‑product platforms and complex software portfolios.
