Warehouse Operator & Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator / Admin to provide efficient administrative and general support to our warehouse team. You will help ensure a first‑class service for internal and external customers while maintaining safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the warehouse, ensuring processes are followed and standards are high.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with stock count reconciliation in Excel and investigate variances.
• Enter stock adjustments to keep physical and system records aligned.
• Maintain stock records, audit checks, and related documentation.
• Administer system transfers of stock between locations and statuses.
• Manage and file all warehouse paperwork and monitor email flow for warehouse activities.
• Store goods in the correct locations to meet operational and customer demand.
• Move stock manually or using a forklift truck, including loading‑bay duties.
• Support health and safety compliance and follow all relevant legislation.
• Perform any other duties required for smooth business operations.

Required profile

• Reachtruck, Counterbalance and Power Pallet licences.
• Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and the full suite of MS Office applications.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Positive team player with a hands‑on approach.
• Willingness to travel as needed and eligibility to work in Ireland.
