Warehouse Operator – Full Time, Ballycoolin

About the role

Join DSV’s dynamic warehouse team in Ballycoolin as a Warehouse Operator. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where safety, quality and performance targets are the top priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Follow strict health and safety procedures on every task.
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment independently.
• Execute picking, packing, inspection and dispatch according to customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, report errors and support weekly cycle counts.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet unit‑per‑hour output standards.
• Communicate with internal and external customers as needed.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work autonomously in a warehouse setting.
• Physical fitness for packing, loading and prolonged standing.
• Consistent track record of meeting pick‑rate targets.
• Reliable, dependable and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Proficiency with PC applications and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP).
