Warehouse Operator – Full-time (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our Rathcoole site in Dublin. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments in a GMP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and distribute shipments according to SOPs.
• Package materials and maintain the dock and warehouse area in an orderly fashion.
• Prepare and distribute documentation for all shipped materials, ensuring GDP compliance.
• Coordinate courier pick‑ups and deliveries as required.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or higher qualification.
• Some experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence (full) preferred; ability to commute to D24.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Ability to work safely with electronic equipment, instrumentation and spare parts.

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred).
• Fork Lift Truck operation (desirable but not essential).
