Warehouse Operator II – Shannon

About the role
Join HID Global’s warehouse team in Shannon as a Warehouse Operator II. You will play a key part in receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products that support the company’s security solutions worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock, verifying deliveries against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory by labeling, storing, and recording material locations.
- Pick and pull items from stock based on customer pick sheets and production orders.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct documentation.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to meet KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate issues promptly, and adhere to SOPs.
