Warehouse Operator

About the role

PCI Pharma Services is looking for a Warehouse Operator to support its biopharma manufacturing sites. Working Thursday‑Saturday day shifts, you will ensure that materials flow smoothly from receipt to production and dispatch, while maintaining strict Good Manufacturing Practice standards.

Key responsibilities

• Book all deliveries on site according to established procedures.
• Operate and maintain the computerized stock system, monitoring consumable supplies.
• Kit out materials for production, prepare pallets of finished goods, and organise carton coding.
• Transport goods between sites using a company van when required.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding deliveries, shortfalls and other issues.
• Prepare and quantify material returns for dispatch to customers.
• Maintain accurate goods‑in, goods‑out and stock control records and hand them over to QA.
• Follow all safety and GMP procedures, report deviations, and ensure housekeeping excellence.
• Operate forklifts and high‑bay reach trucks safely, undertaking additional training as needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with all departments.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Willingness to report defects, non‑conformances and maintain a clean work environment.
• Flexibility to work across other PCI manufacturing plants when required.
