Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our Rathcoole site in Dublin. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and involves handling inbound and outbound shipments in a GMP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and distribute shipments according to established SOPs.
• Package materials following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the dock and warehouse area in an orderly, clean condition.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute documentation for all shipped materials, ensuring GDP compliance.
• Coordinate courier pick‑ups and deliveries as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or higher qualification.
• Some experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence (preferred) and ability to commute to D24 Eircode.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of electronic equipment, instrumentation and spare parts is advantageous.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (desirable).
• SAP experience.
• Computer literacy.
