Warehouse Operator

About the role

Join Bulgari’s Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre in Dublin as a Warehouse Operator. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of high‑value luxury goods through accurate receiving, picking, packing and shipping processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, ship and process returns while performing general warehouse duties.
• Verify quality and quantity of inbound deliveries.
• Maintain 100% pick accuracy before shipments leave the warehouse.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to record transactions promptly.
• Conduct cycle counts to support full stock accuracy.
• Report any deviations from agreed processes and follow Good Distribution Practice.
• Comply with security, operational and “Known Consignor” requirements.
• Engage with quality and continuous‑improvement programmes, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, high‑compliance warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF technology (a plus).
• Knowledge of health & safety, environmental procedures and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and awareness of Good Distribution Practice.
• Attention to quality processes, organisational ability and customer orientation.
