Warehouse Operator – Stores & Warehouse Operative

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Operator to join our team in Navan. The role involves supporting the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, ensuring accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of goods while maintaining stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with health & safety policies and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Carry out goods‑inwards and goods‑outwards activities.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with stock takes.
• Update stock movements using the company ERP system.
• Operate a forklift safely where required.
• Maintain an organised warehouse and work closely with production and other departments to ensure material availability.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Experience using an ERP or stock management system.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Effective communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
• Desirable: experience in a manufacturing setting and a full clean driving licence.
