Warehouse Team Member – Fixed Shift

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Member to join our permanent, fixed‑shift team. The role works on Back‑End Days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every second Sunday) from 8 am to 8 pm, with a 24 % shift premium. You will ensure smooth material flow, stock accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound material from suppliers, process purchase orders and file delivery paperwork.
• Coordinate incoming inspections with QA and manage non‑standard material set‑up in SAP.
• Issue materials to production using FIFO, support cycle counts and handle scrap, rework or returns.
• Manage warehouse capacity, liaise with Supply Chain and External Warehousing on deliveries, shipments and recyclable packaging.
• Organise loading, shipping and outbound shipments to customers and external warehouses.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, ensure SOP compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support health & safety, GMP compliance and company quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with supply‑chain, QA and external partners.
• Willingness to work the fixed Thursday‑Saturday‑Sunday schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for inventory and material tracking.
• Understanding of FIFO inventory principles.
• Experience applying lean tools for process reliability.
• Knowledge of GMP and health‑and‑safety standards.
