Wellness Coach – BPO Operations (Dublin, Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Wellness Coach to join our BPO operations in Dublin. You will lead the design and delivery of employee wellness initiatives that boost health, morale and productivity across our contact‑center workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage comprehensive wellness programs tailored to a BPO environment.
• Monitor programme participation and evaluate outcomes, providing data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars and events covering physical health, mental well‑being and lifestyle habits.
• Partner with HR and line managers to embed wellness activities that support work‑life balance.
• Offer one‑on‑one coaching sessions to help employees set and achieve personal health goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging wellness solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on programme impact for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wellness coaching, health promotion or a similar role within a corporate or BPO setting.
• Strong understanding of wellness strategies, mental‑health support and fitness guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage a diverse workforce.
• Relevant certification in wellness coaching or health education is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while fostering a collaborative team culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Experience using wellness management systems or similar digital platforms.
