Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our global Finance team in Dublin, Ireland. The role carries global ownership of audit, tax and statutory reporting, leading audit relationships, managing tax compliance and preparing statutory and group financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and project‑manage statutory audit relationships across all entities as the primary point of contact for auditors.
• Own tax compliance and corporate tax filings across multiple jurisdictions, supported by external advisors.
• Prepare statutory and group financial statements, including equity accounting and share‑based compensation cross‑charges.
• Support fundraising and M&A information requests and develop strong partnerships with Sales, Legal, People Ops and Supply Chain.
• Maintain compliance with global financial and tax filing requirements and implement robust financial controls.
• Drive finance transformation through ERP utilization, process automation and technical accounting analysis under US GAAP and IFRS.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 6‑8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a high‑growth or startup environment.
• Big 4 or Top 10 audit/tax background strongly preferred.
• No supervisory responsibilities; individual contributor role.
