Architect – Early Stage Design (Cork)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established architectural practice in Cork that is experiencing a busy period and needs to expand its team. The role is open to Architects and Senior Architects who thrive on early‑stage design work across residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and schematic studies during the initial RIAI stages.
• Create and present high‑quality visualisations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate design intent into detailed Revit models.
• Contribute to project development from brief through design development, ensuring design quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of architectural practice experience, preferably with exposure to front‑end design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient daily use of Revit on live projects.
