AWS DevOps Engineer – Dublin/Remote (2 days onsite pw)

About the role

Our client, a Dublin‑based leader in technology for life‑science regulatory processes, is expanding its Platform team. They are looking for a mid‑level AWS DevOps Engineer to work closely with engineering heads, developers and quality teams on automation, CI/CD, security and design challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, QA and architects to design and deliver robust architecture.
• Build, maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines at a deep technical level.
• Implement security‑at‑scale practices and ensure high‑quality deployments.
• Automate processes using Python (or similar) and contribute to incident response when needed.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations, identify errors and adjust solutions accordingly.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of commercial experience in a Platform/DevOps environment.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong background with AWS services.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Daily scripting and automation using Python or Go.
