Bioprocess Operator – GMP Manufacturing

About the role

VLE Therapeutics is building a state‑of‑the‑art biomanufacturing facility in Ireland to deliver GMP‑grade vaccines and advanced therapeutics. The Bioprocess Operator will work in a clean‑room environment, executing critical manufacturing steps and ensuring compliance with all GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment and run processes in a clean‑room according to batch records, user manuals, and GMP SOPs.
• Perform USP operations such as inoculum preparation and cell culture, and DSP operations including purification, chromatography, and final fill.
• Conduct filter integrity testing and aseptic operations.
• Prepare equipment, clean components, and maintain documentation.
• Monitor critical parameters, collect data, and report any deviations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to non‑standard events.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
