Burger King Manager – Front‑line Operations

About the role

The Burger King Manager will support front‑line operations at the Applegreen site in Paulstown. Working closely with the site manager, you will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, meets brand standards and delivers excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the site manager in operating the business according to the Applegreen Systems Manual.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Drive sales forward and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Ensure the store complies with all company policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Take overall responsibility for the site in the absence of the site director or manager.

Required profile

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar restaurant or fast‑food management role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer focus and organisational skills.
• Leadership capability to motivate and manage a team.
