About the role

This field‑based Business Development Manager role focuses on winning new business and building lasting customer relationships across the North Leinster region of Ireland. You will work with premium products and a trusted brand, driving growth through direct sales and dealer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout Ireland.
• Target high‑potential end‑users and key industry sectors.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to deliver seamless customer solutions.
• Strengthen and expand existing dealer relationships within the region.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight value.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Hunter mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Confident, personable, and skilled at building relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the sales cycle.
• Highly organised with solid pipeline and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• 2–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Successful direct sales experience (essential).
• Full, clean driving licence.
