About the role
Join Salesforce as a Business Development Representative focused on the African market. Based in Dublin, you will drive new‑business pipeline generation for the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and the Agentforce AI solution, working in a hybrid environment with full relocation support.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the African region through outbound prospecting.
- Engage decision‑makers via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn social selling.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and feed qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in Salesforce CRM.
Required profile
- Full professional fluency in Arabic, French and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for technology and AI.
- Willingness to relocate to Dublin and work in a hybrid model.
