About the role
Join Salesforce, the leading AI‑powered CRM provider, as a Business Development Representative focused on the French market. Based in Dublin, you will work in a hybrid setting to generate new pipeline for the Customer 360 platform and Agentforce, helping businesses adopt AI, data, and autonomous CRM solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across the French market.
- Engage decision‑makers via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn social selling.
- Partner with Account Executives to craft territory strategies and support pipeline creation.
- Conduct deep account research to uncover challenges that Salesforce can address.
- Maintain accurate activity records and contribute to forecasting.
Required profile
- Proven quota‑carrying experience in direct sales or business development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English at a professional level.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
