About the role
DocuSign is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Based in Dublin and working in a hybrid model, you will generate qualified opportunities that feed the sales funnel and support the company’s expansion across EMEA.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities within the UK/IE territory.
- Develop and execute an outbound prospecting strategy using multiple channels.
- Educate prospects on DocuSign’s solutions and uncover their business needs.
- Increase brand and product awareness through targeted email and call campaigns.
- Schedule high‑impact appointments for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM system.
- Balance cold‑calling, relationship building, and appointment setting activities.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Understanding of sales cycles and solution‑selling methodologies.
- Proven success in outbound sales or business development.
- Strong organizational abilities and a courteous, confident communication style.
Required skills
- Salesforce CRM.
- Google Workspace.
- AI‑powered sales and research tools such as Gong, LinkedIn, Glean, Gemini, Notebook LM.
