Client Accountant – Corporate Services

About the role

The Client Accountant will work closely with a Senior Client Accountant to deliver bookkeeping, financial reporting and compliance services for a portfolio of Irish‑incorporated special purpose vehicles (SPVs). You will prepare management accounts, ensure statutory reporting aligns with IFRS, GAAP and the Companies Act, and act as a liaison between clients, auditors and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and annual reports in accordance with IFRS, GAAP and the Companies Act.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts for assigned SPVs.
• Provide day‑to‑day financial reporting services, ensuring adherence to internal policies.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities on accounting‑related matters.
• Maintain systematic accounting records and manage a portfolio of entities.
• Assist with ad‑hoc assignments and explore opportunities for additional responsibilities.

Required skills
