About the role
We are a fast‑growing fresh produce business supplying high‑quality fruit and vegetables across Ireland and international markets. As we expand, we are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to develop and grow relationships with customers in retail, wholesale and foodservice, identify new opportunities and drive profitable sales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer accounts across retail, wholesale and foodservice channels.
- Identify opportunities to increase margins and sales performance.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions and commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, supply‑chain, operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements and competitor activity.
- Seek out new business opportunities and growth areas.
Required profile
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation instincts.
- Energetic, ambitious and proactive personality.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to think quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Full driving licence preferred.
