Concierge – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

Join the Front of House team at Adare Manor, a world‑class luxury resort, as a Concierge. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalised service and creating unforgettable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in the elegant lobby and provide a warm, professional introduction.
• Engage with guests before arrival to design bespoke itineraries based on their preferences.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, dining, shopping and cultural experiences.
• Offer thoughtful, personalised recommendations and coordinate on‑site and off‑site activities.
• Respond promptly to guest queries, requests and feedback, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
• Support the wider Front of House team in daily operations and uphold the #BeyondEverything standard.

Required profile

• Warm, engaging and naturally guest‑focused.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional communicator with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Proactive, resourceful and motivated to exceed expectations.
• Previous experience in a Front of House or guest‑service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with local restaurants, attractions and experiences.
