About the role
We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to lead high‑impact building and infrastructure projects across the Leinster region. This permanent, full‑time position offers ownership of the complete project lifecycle, from definition through to hand‑over, within a rapidly growing specialist firm.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, field execution, monitoring, and final sign‑off.
- Align project targets and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders to meet client specifications.
- Develop and maintain master schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure cost‑effective and on‑time delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for consultants, design engineers, architects, contractors, and trade teams, resolving design clashes and enforcing quality standards.
- Manage procurement processes, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and select partners.
- Control project costs, cash‑flow budgets, and engineering change orders within financial limits.
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs to audit progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain clear communication across the project workforce and client base, providing updates and troubleshooting issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects through full lifecycle.
- Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive project alignment.
- Excellent organisational and financial oversight skills, with a focus on cost efficiency and schedule adherence.
- Hands‑on approach to site governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
