Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage timelines, resources and budgets to deliver high‑quality audit files.
• Ensure compliance with professional auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks.
• Act as primary liaison for client stakeholders, handling communications and queries.
• Supervise and review junior team members, providing on‑the‑job training.
• Identify and resolve complex accounting matters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and internal workflows.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar practice environment (preferred).
• Passion for delivering an excellent client experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Motivated team player with a proactive approach.
• 1‑2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
