Customer Success Associate – French Speaking

About the role

As a Customer Success Associate you will nurture long‑term strategic relationships with Datadog customers, drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities. You will act as the customer’s advocate within the company, ensuring a positive experience across a high volume of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target opportunities, manage the full sales cycle and build strategic relationships focused on retention.
• Handle requests from your book of business, including technical support escalations, billing questions and documentation needs.
• Adapt account‑management strategies to meet diverse customer requirements efficiently.
• Advise customers on effective use of Datadog solutions and monitor usage trends to spot renewal risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as support, product, finance and legal to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with a strong desire to grow a career in Customer Success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience negotiating contract terms and handling pricing objections for upsell/cross‑sell.
• At least 1 year in a customer‑facing account role.
• Fluent French speaker with experience managing France‑based customers.
