About the role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of our retail business online and in‑store. The role will manage digital marketing activities, eCommerce, social media and promotional content to drive sales and brand awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update the eCommerce website and online product listings.
- Create and run email marketing campaigns.
- Plan and schedule social media content across all platforms.
- Design graphics, promotional material, signage and digital assets.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and assist with SEO improvements.
- Produce engaging content such as photos, videos and promotional posts.
- Monitor online performance and customer engagement metrics.
- Support in‑store promotions and marketing campaigns.
Required profile
- 1+ years experience in digital or retail marketing (graduates considered).
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Creative mindset with a focus on driving sales.
Required skills
- Experience with eCommerce platforms.
- Social media and email marketing knowledge.
- Google Ads management.
- SEO fundamentals.
- Graphic design using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
