About the role
One Foot Abroad Ltd is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Lead to own customer acquisition across all performance channels and drive qualified leads for its internationally recognised travel brand. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of paid, email, social and SEO activities, ensuring data integrity and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple markets, monitoring lead volume, ROAS, CPL and qualification rates weekly.
- Own UTM tracking, CRM source attribution and performance data integrity in Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns across paid media, email, social and dedicated landing pages.
- Oversee SEO activities, including keyword tracking, content briefing and on‑page optimisation.
- Produce monthly performance reports covering leads, potentials, bookings and channel performance.
- Coordinate landing page design, creative assets and campaign emails with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage webinars from planning and promotion to platform setup, follow‑up and reporting.
- Monitor AI‑driven search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and develop strategies to improve discovery.
- Collaborate weekly with agency partners on paid performance and campaign briefs.
- Collect sales feedback on lead quality and feed insights back into campaign optimisation.
- Control budget pacing across channels and recommend reallocations based on performance data.
Required profile
- Commercially minded with a focus on qualified leads, bookings and revenue rather than pure traffic.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple channels, campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
- Proactive communicator who surfaces issues and recommendations clearly.
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment with both campaign‑based and day‑to‑day responsibilities.
- Technically savvy with strong problem‑solving skills to integrate tools and reporting.
- Curious about emerging channels, especially AI‑driven search and LLM discovery.
