About the role
This senior leadership position oversees the full HR operations lifecycle, driving efficiency, technology adoption, and data‑driven decision‑making. The role will scale the HR function through smart automation, enhance employee experience, and align HR initiatives with business growth targets. It is a hybrid role, split evenly between office and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, ensuring compliant and integrated processes.
- Lead HR technology selection and implementation (Workday, Greenhouse, Cloudpay, AI tools) to automate tasks and improve data accuracy.
- Champion continuous process improvement and automation to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Define, track, and report on HR metrics and KPIs such as turnover, operational efficiency, and SLA performance.
- Drive cross‑functional HR programs that elevate employee experience and back‑office operations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws across all geographies and maintain robust internal controls.
- Oversee vendor relationships, managing SLAs, cost, and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR operations specialists.
Required profile
- 7+ years of progressive HR operations experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
