EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist (Remote, Hourly)

About the role

Alignerr is looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to help healthcare organizations configure, deploy, and optimize electronic medical record systems such as Epic and Cerner. You will ensure that digital clinical platforms align with real‑world workflows, supporting accurate and efficient patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout, configuration, and customization of EMR/EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner) to match organizational workflows.
• Analyze clinical and administrative processes to guarantee system efficiency, compliance, and user‑friendliness.
• Troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and support user adoption across healthcare teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing or optimizing EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar).
• Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
• Ability to translate operational needs into effective system configurations.
• Preferred experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
