Enterprise Client Director – €150k base

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Client Director to lead strategic growth in Ireland for a fast‑growing AI‑native digital engineering consultancy. The role blends new‑business development with the management and expansion of existing enterprise accounts, acting as a mini‑CEO for a portfolio worth €10 million+ over time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across sectors such as digital transformation, platform modernisation, AI adoption and engineering acceleration.
• Maintain and grow strategic relationships with existing accounts, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Own a €10 m+ portfolio, reporting on pipeline, forecasts and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling technology consulting, product engineering services or digital transformation solutions to large enterprises.
• Strong commercial maturity, consultative selling style and credibility in senior‑level enterprise environments.
• Track record of balancing hunting new business and expanding existing accounts.

Required skills

• Enterprise sales experience in technology or consulting sectors.
