Family Activities Assistant Manager

About the role

Join Center Parcs at Longford Forest as a Family Activities Assistant Manager and bring magic to life for our guests. You will lead a diverse programme of activities for all ages, ensuring each session is safe, fun and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver a varied schedule of inclusive family activities.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience through well‑run, engaging sessions.
• Oversee seasonal events and support the continuous development of the activities programme.
• Foster a positive, motivated team environment and promote strong performance.
• Interact confidently with guests to encourage participation and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong organisational, planning and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in delivering high standards of customer care.
• Friendly, creative and enthusiastic with a talent for building relationships.
• Willingness to complete Garda vetting prior to start.
