Final Line Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Final Line Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling, inspecting and completing finished products according to schedules, work instructions and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect and complete finished products in line with production schedules, work instructions and quality standards.
• Identify, record and report defects, deviations or quality concerns to the Supervisor or Quality team.
• Apply labels to finished units and ensure correct packaging and documentation.
• Clean finished units to the required standard and maintain a clean, safe, organised work area following 6S and health & safety requirements.
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Accurately complete production records, check sheets and other required documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean activities.
• Collaborate with team members, Supervisors, Quality and Engineering to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist with training of new operators when required.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Supervisor.

• Ability to work in a clean, organised environment and follow 6S principles.
• Attention to detail for quality inspection and documentation.
• Team player who works collaboratively with supervisors, quality and engineering teams.
• Willingness to support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

Required skills
