Finance Manager, Global Finance Transformation

About the role

The Finance Manager, Global Finance Transformation will partner with accounting, tax, audit and technology teams worldwide to design and deliver scalable, secure automation solutions for statutory and compliance reporting. The role is office‑based and focuses on improving audit data delivery, risk management and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Accounting, Tax and external auditors (including EY) to coordinate year‑end audits and ensure timely delivery of audit requirements.
• Define and execute automation strategies for 4,000+ audit datasets across 80+ countries, centralising data sharing for 300+ datasets.
• Lead cross‑functional programs, manage timelines, resources and escalations, and communicate status to senior leadership.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports using AI/ML, BlackLine, Excel and internal data‑visualisation dashboards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks in the Local Statutory close process, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance audit coordination, statutory reporting and global compliance.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale automation or data‑migration programs.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills across accounting, tax, technology and audit functions.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
