About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused, analytical and data‑driven Finance Manager to join our leading educational organisation in South Dublin. This hybrid role sits at the heart of the business, bridging day‑to‑day financial operations with strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver clear, insightful financial reporting.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including rolling forecasts.
• Manage payroll, VAT returns and balance‑sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances and identify trends to support decision‑making.
• Act as a business partner, providing commercially focused, data‑driven insights to non‑finance stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant with strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
