Food & Beverage Assistant – Hotel Service

About the role

The Diamond Coast Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team on a full‑time or part‑time basis. You will play a key part in delivering a safe, welcoming environment for guests, staff and visitors while supporting the hotel’s banqueting and restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent standards of excellence in banqueting and restaurant service.
• Meet, greet and serve guests to a high standard, responding promptly to requests.
• Ensure precise setup of dining areas and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Upsell food, beverage and ancillary services to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of all indoor and outdoor areas.
• Uphold a positive attitude and professional demeanor throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective inter‑departmental collaboration.
