Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

Join Dalata’s hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Assistant, delivering friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy and work alongside experienced colleagues, with clear pathways for internal progression.

Key responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and provide personalized service.
• Maintain a solid knowledge of food, wine and menu offerings to make recommendations.
• Upsell products and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Perform general cleaning of bar and restaurant areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a hotel setting is preferred.

Required skills

• Micros point‑of‑sale system (preferred).
