Garden Room Breakfast Waiter

About the role

The Merrion, one of Dublin's premier luxury hotels, is seeking a full‑time Garden Room Breakfast Waiter for early‑shift breakfast service. You will work in a historic hotel environment, delivering the highest standards of hospitality to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the Garden Room restaurant for breakfast service each morning.
• Serve breakfast to guests to Merrion standards, anticipating their needs.
• Maintain active communication with all team members throughout the shift.
• Set up the restaurant for lunch service after breakfast.

Required profile

• Strong guest focus with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns and adapt to guest and business needs.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of menu items.
• Efficient understanding of the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
