Graduate Associate – French Speakers (Dublin)

About the role

Focal Fact is seeking energetic graduate associates who are fluent in French to join its Dublin team. You will help expand the company’s expert network by reaching out to industry leaders and onboarding them for client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach via LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and engage industry experts.
• Present and articulate Focal Fact’s value proposition to external stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms with experts and manage ongoing relationships.
• Provide account management support for client engagements.
• Continuously grow and maintain the company’s database of experts.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in commercial, lead generation, business development or recruiting (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university (preferred).
• Fluency in French for professional use.
• Strong written and spoken English.
