Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a Growth Manager who will drive user acquisition and activation for its EdTech ecosystem. The role blends behavioral science, AI‑driven experimentation and hands‑on product building, and requires fluency in French and English. You will work remotely or from our Dubai office, shaping experiments that turn insights into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch growth experiments end‑to‑end, from hypothesis generation to landing‑page creation and automation.
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code daily to generate copy, assets and scripts, accelerating iteration cycles.
• Analyse cohort data, identify vanity metrics and make data‑driven decisions to optimise funnels.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to integrate growth loops into the Paradox OS platform.
• Maintain a rapid “ship‑first, iterate‑later” mindset, delivering minimum viable tests within days.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on growth or performance‑marketing experience, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Bias for action, comfortable building landing pages, automations and scripts without relying on developers.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret cohort charts and distinguish signal from noise.
