Headshots Retoucher

About the role

We are looking for experienced retouchers to transform smartphone‑taken professional headshots into studio‑quality images. You will work remotely, following our production standards to deliver natural, realistic results at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Retouch professional headshots from phone photos, preserving skin texture and realism.
• Correct skin tone, noise, mixed lighting, exposure issues, and soft focus.
• Reduce or remove glasses glare while maintaining authenticity.
• Perform seamless background swaps and composites.
• Maintain consistency and quality across large batches of images.
• Deliver work on time, meeting daily/weekly volume expectations.
• Follow established retouching guidelines and apply feedback efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume headshot retouching.
• Own a graphics tablet (Wacom, Huion, XP‑Pen or similar) and a legitimate Adobe Photoshop subscription.
• Use a MacBook Pro Retina or an equivalent high‑quality PC with an accurate sRGB monitor (DCI‑P3 a plus).
• Strong written English; spoken English useful for occasional Zoom calls.
