HR Generalist – Remote (Ireland) – Blockchain & Crypto

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing blockchain and crypto company to add an HR Generalist to our global team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own the full employee lifecycle and help shape people processes as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, from briefing to offer.
• Market benchmarking, salary analysis and talent insights.
• Enhance and streamline recruitment and onboarding workflows.
• Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off‑boarding and employee experience initiatives.
• Optimize HR systems, workflows and processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to managers and support employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee data, documentation and reporting.
• Support performance management, employee development and benefits coordination.
• Ensure compliance and best practice across multiple jurisdictions.
• Stakeholder management and partnership with leadership in a fast‑paced scaling environment.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of HR Generalist experience in a crypto, blockchain or tech company.
• Extensive recruitment experience.
• Genuine interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Highly organised, logical and detail‑oriented.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and customer‑service skills.
• Passion for improving processes and building efficient workflows.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote‑first setting.
