HR Generalist – Restaurant (Dublin)

About the role

A vibrant Dublin restaurant is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support its dynamic team and nurture a positive workplace culture. You will act as the primary HR contact for managers and staff, ensuring that people processes align with the business’s high-energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to HR advisor for managers and employees.
• Lead employee-relations, recruitment, and performance-management processes.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Support staff development and drive continuous improvement of HR systems.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on people strategy and decision-making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional handling of sensitive situations with discretion.
• CIPD accreditation or a third-level HR qualification is desirable.
