Human Resources Business Partner – Hybrid (South Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Human Resources Business Partner to join a fast‑growing construction company in Ireland. The role blends strategic workforce planning, employee relations, and talent acquisition, supporting both corporate teams and regional site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to regional managers and senior stakeholders, leading performance management cycles and driving engagement and DE&I initiatives.
• Provide confidential employee‑relations support, coaching managers through difficult conversations and performance‑improvement plans.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent redeployment, and scaling resources for new sites and projects across Ireland.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and building robust talent pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of generalist HR experience with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering capacity.
• Adaptable, curious and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Background that combines strong HR generalist foundations with recruitment capability, preferably with agency experience.
• Full clean driver’s licence, own transport and willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling employee‑relations issues.
• Experience conducting workforce‑planning analyses.
• Ability to work with HRIS data for reporting and decision‑making.
