Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Redfaire, a fast‑growing international technology firm headquartered in Limerick, Ireland, is looking for a proactive Human Resources Generalist. The role will provide day‑to‑day HR support across the employee lifecycle for teams in Ireland, the UK and the USA, and will contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR guidance and support for managers and employees.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, contract management and off‑boarding, both locally and internationally.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, handling direct sourcing and international hiring for a wide range of roles, including complex technical positions.
• Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Produce and analyse HR data and reports to provide insights for decision‑making.
• Support compensation and benefits processes, aligning them with company policies and employment law.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive employee‑relations environment.
• Contribute to HR projects, audits, process improvements and broader people initiatives.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or technology‑focused environment.
• Motivated, solutions‑focused professional with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and take accountability for outcomes.
