IAM Architect – Enterprise Identity & Access Management

About the role

Alldus is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to join a leading enterprise client on a 6‑month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. The role will be based in Dublin on a hybrid schedule (three days onsite per week) and will focus on delivering large‑scale Identity & Access Management initiatives across complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Drive IAM strategy covering authentication, authorisation, identity governance, and access management.
• Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
• Provide architectural guidance for IAM transformation and migration programmes.
• Design and support solutions using Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management initiatives.
• Produce high‑level and low‑level solution designs and technical documentation.
• Engage with both technical and business stakeholders across the organisation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Security Architecture.
• Strong hands‑on and architectural experience with Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deep understanding of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, and Identity Governance & Administration.
• Proven experience delivering IAM solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience on enterprise transformation programmes is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Security, CISSP, TOGAF) are a plus.
• Must reside in Ireland and not require sponsorship.
