Interaction Designer

About the role

The Dock, Accenture’s flagship innovation centre in Dublin, is seeking an Interaction Designer to craft intuitive, human‑centred digital experiences. You will work alongside strategists, engineers, data scientists and entrepreneurs to shape next‑generation products powered by AI, generative AI, voice and mixed‑reality technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design challenges, from research and insight generation to high‑fidelity UI delivery.
• Create and communicate design artefacts such as wireframes, journey maps, information architecture, prototypes and interaction flows.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate concepts into functional solutions.
• Conduct design research, synthesize findings and turn them into actionable design opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype ideas and validate them through stakeholder and user feedback.
• Explore emerging technologies to identify new user‑experience opportunities.
• Present and defend design decisions to diverse audiences.
• Support business development, workshops and client engagements with design expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interaction, UX, Product or Service Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional user‑experience and interaction design thinking.
• Proven ability to work within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with emerging AI‑enabled design tools.
